Dirty Boots Kids Club Event: How insects keep our water clean

10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. • Stratton Brook State Park, 149 Farms Village Rd., Simsbury

Bring your grandchild, child or favorite young person to one or all of the summer outdoor events the Simsbury Land Trust Youth Corps has planned for families. Geared toward children ages 4-7 but all are welcome.

We will meet at Stratton Brook covered bridge and walk down to the the waters edge and collect insects and determine, based on the presence or absence of species, if our water is clean. Wear or bring shoes that can get wet if possible.
