The route then follows the paved Farmington River Trail to Stratton Brook State Park before continuing along Town Forest Road and through Massacoe State Forest. The hike concludes on the new Canton-Simsbury Connector Trail, created by the SLT Youth Conservation Corps, ending at Roaring Brook Nature Center, 70 Gracey Road, Canton.
