Onion Mountain, Canton to Simsbury Inaugural Trail Hike

Please join the inaugural hike of the Canton/Simsbury connection trail. Simsbury Land Trust Youth Corps member, Jonah Lipar, led a group of students who created a trail connecting Onion Mountain Park in Simsbury to Roaring Brook Nature Center in Canton. This hike will start at Roaring Brook Nature Center and we will head over the ridgeline to West Mountain Road and back.This hike is about 4 miles with twin moderately strenuous inclines on each side of the ridgeline. Bring drinking water, wear good footwear and dress for the weather.
